KVKK Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), this notice explains how AI Muzik Studio, as data controller, processes your personal data. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.
1. Data controller
AI Muzik Studio is operated by an individual developer. Contact: teamsvideo92@gmail.com
2. Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: email address, display name
- Customer transactions: credit movements, order and payment records (no card data)
- Transaction security: country estimated from IP address, session data, error logs
- User content: lyrics, style and vocal choices, generated audio files
- Marketing: newsletter preference, only with your explicit consent

4. Transfers
Your data is transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our service providers: hosting and storage (Cloudflare), database and authentication (Supabase), the AI music engine, content moderation (OpenAI), lyric writing (Groq), email (Google), payments (Lemon Squeezy, Shopier), statistics and error monitoring (PostHog, Sentry). As some of them are located abroad, transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 only as far as necessary to provide the service and under the providers' standard contractual terms.
5. Collection method
Data is collected electronically through the forms you fill in on the website and studio, login operations and automatically while you use the service.
6. Retention
Lyrics are deleted 30 days after generation and account data 30 days after an account deletion request. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may apply to the data controller to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that third parties be notified of these actions, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
