Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Muzik Studio. By using the service you accept them. The service is operated by an individual developer (contact: teamsvideo92@gmail.com).

1. The service

The service turns lyrics you write, or have the AI write, into songs through a third-party AI music engine, using the style and vocal you choose. Each generation returns two different versions. Output is produced by AI; we do not guarantee any particular quality, style or length.

2. Accounts and trial

• You can try the service without signing up. A temporary anonymous account is created with trial credits for one generation. The trial is one per person and device; trial credits may be revoked if abuse is detected.
• Signing up requires a valid email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Credits

• A generation costs 10 credits; AI lyric writing costs 1 credit. Credits are reserved when a generation starts.
• If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
• Credits bought in packs never expire. Subscription credits expire 7 days after the end of the period they were granted for, if unused.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred between accounts.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. TRY prices include VAT; in other currencies taxes are added at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy (USD) or Shopier (TRY), which act as the seller and issue your invoice or receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period; you can cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

5. Content rules

You may not produce, or try to produce:

• hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, sexual content or content involving minors;
• song lyrics protected by someone else's copyright without permission;
• misleading content that imitates a real artist's voice, name or identity;
• anything for an unlawful purpose.

Lyrics pass an automated content check before generation; rejected requests cost no credits. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your rights and use

• Lyrics you write remain yours. You grant the service the limited licence needed to generate the song and deliver it to you.
• You may use your songs for personal and social media purposes. Users who have purchased credits at least once may also use the songs they generate commercially.
• Copyright protection for AI-generated works differs by country and is not guaranteed. Similar prompts can produce similar results; you cannot claim exclusivity over content others generate.
• Songs you make public can be played by anyone with the share link; you can make them private again at any time.

7. Availability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI engines and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Credits for failed generations are refunded. We may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and a refund option for unused paid credits.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

When we update these terms we change the date at the top and notify registered users of significant changes by email.
