Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data AI Muzik Studio ("the service", "we") processes when you use the website and studio, why, and what your rights are. The service is operated by an individual developer (contact: teamsvideo92@gmail.com). Users in Turkey are also covered by the KVKK Notice.

1. Data we process

Your card details never reach us; payments are collected by the payment provider. We treat lyrics as personal data and never write them to application logs.

2. Trying without an account

If you try the studio without signing up, a temporary anonymous account is created for you. It has no email; only your songs, credit movements and country are stored. If you sign up, your songs stay in the same account. If you do not, the anonymous account and its content are deleted after 30 days.

3. Service providers

We share only what is needed to run the service with:

• Supabase: database and authentication (Frankfurt, EU)
• Cloudflare: hosting, R2 file storage, Turnstile bot protection
• A third-party AI music engine: lyrics, style and vocal choice, to produce the song
• OpenAI: checking lyrics against content rules
• Groq: topic and style, if you use "Let AI write"
• Upstash: request counters that prevent abuse
• Google: if you choose Google sign-in; login emails are also sent through Gmail
• Lemon Squeezy and Shopier: payments (the payment provider is the seller of record and issues your invoice)
• PostHog (cookieless, anonymous usage statistics, EU) and Sentry (error logs)

Some providers may process data outside Turkey and the EU. Such transfers happen only as far as needed to provide the service and under the providers' standard contractual terms.

4. Retention

• Lyrics: deleted 30 days after the generation completes; the song stays in your library.
• Payment provider notifications: 90 days.
• Account deletion: your account, songs and files are permanently deleted 30 days after your request. Logging in during that period cancels the deletion.
• Payment records required by law are kept for the period the applicable law requires.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies the service needs: the session cookie, language preference and country estimate (30 days). Your theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage. Analytics are cookieless; we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can download all data tied to your account under Settings → Download my data (JSON) and delete it with Delete my account. For correction, objection or any other request, write to teamsvideo92@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. In the EU you have the rights granted by the GDPR, in Turkey those in Article 11 of the KVKK, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. Children under 16 should not sign up without parental consent.

8. Changes

When we update this policy we change the date at the top. We notify registered users of significant changes by email.
